The price is for the color combo shown.About the Wall Of ColorSome of my first creations when I initially got into creating art were wall sculptures. But then I went on to explore other mediums. Recently, I decided I really wanted to get back to creating wall sculptures, but I was missing the concept of what to do with the surface of each wood panel. I decided to just start painting and see what happens. I liked the monochromatic abstract landscape I did. To me, that design fit well in a large scale design, keeping the individual pieces simple as they came together into a larger colorful piece. Points to highlight about the Wall of Color wall sculpture design are, first, they are ideal for customizing. Everything about them is flexible, the size, the overall layout, the size of the panels. Everything. Second, the wall sculpture itself creates a large-scale texture on your wall. The panels along with the space between them create the 3D texture, which can offer a more interesting look over a single large flat canvas.Size and Size CalcsThis modern wall sculpture of 10” x 10” panels is shown with four inches between each piece. So to figure the size of a sculpture simply multiply (ew, math) 10 by the number of panels in each direction. Then count the number of spaces created between each piece and multiply by four. So, in a three by five configuration the width would be: Panels: 3 panels x 10 inches = 30Spaces: 2 spaces x 4 inches = 8 Total size: 30 + 8 = 38 inches wideEasy! You can apply this calculation to any grid layout. I will include directions on the order in which to hang each piece and how to measure between each nail. But, keep in mind that you do not need to follow a grid configuration. You can create your own layout. Of course, I am happy to discuss your ideas and help figure out the best plan.Now, a couple of points to keep in mind:As you know, these are hand painted pieces so no two pieces will be exactly same, but definitely very much alike. Also, we all have to deal with the variations of color on our computer monitors, tablet and smart phone screens. So colors can vary from what you are viewing, but you won’t be disappointed in the color intensity. Last, depending on my inventory and number of orders at the time you purchase, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to two weeks to ship.
